With numerous leisure, retail and hospitality offerings available within the resort, companies with a reputation and knowledge to effectively advise on social media marketing could not only help resorts and hotels to target and retain guests but also to enhance the guests’ overall experience. The availability of a variety of leisure, retail and entertainment options within a resort or hotel means that guest’s spending profiles can be collected.
